I can't remember if I have asked this already but how did you find this site? Was it a particular question that you "Googled" and Pet Forums came up with your answer or was it just a general dibble on the internet that brought you here? For me it was a google search finding some help in introducing resident cat to kittens. My thread is still live since it started back in August with people dipping in and out both with help and fellow sufferers alike

I was a member of a different pet forum but I found it to be quite quiet and sometimes it would be days before someone would answer a question so did a google search for pet forums and this one came up and I joined. I haven't been back to the other one since and can't even remember the name of it now.

Much the same here except it was a cat only forum that was/is sadly slowly dying, tho' I've been a member there for too long to just give up on it completely. I googled for other forums, found a few and picked what seemed like the best/most active and the rest is history.

It was almost two years ago now (so not quite the fossil that Spid and Lynn are!). I remember looking for some info on food (surprise, surprise) and I found this fabulous poster on here (who now sadly no longer posts) who just seemed really clued up; right up my street. I so miss some of the old people on here but I guess that is life ....
