Ha ha! Short answer - because they can! Clever kits! They obviously prefer the tins to biscuits and are probably not that hungry but are tempted by the tinned food which they can probably smell.
I keep opened packs in the fridge and leave them out for a few minutes before feeding as my two don't like cold food. I use the pouches because it's more convenient. Gizmo has two a day and Mai Tai at the moment has one split into two meals. |

![]() oh well i guess i just keep putting the tin in a sealed container then. lol. i tried the plastic lids you get for them but they dont stay on when they fall on the floor.

My lot will even try to get into the kitchen at the meat while it's still frozen! ( I feed them raw) ![]() I got 2 of my cats from Dumfries & Galloway, lol. |

Our two are the same, you'd think they were half starved the way they wolf down their food when I put it down! One bit of advice - don't be fooled by what's on the packet of their food, they often put a higher amount than your cat needs (or so our vet says anyway!) to encourage you to buy more.
