Re: Fabulous freebie toys

Indeed. Although I still wanted to buy Oscar one of those pop-up cubes from ebay. There are some on auction now rather than buy-it-now going for very high prices. One's even at £22 at the moment!

Thumbs up Re: Fabulous freebie toys

LOL, i have done the same, i've added a smaller box at one end so he has a tunnel to run through and got a shoe lace and a small toy and threaded it through the top so it dangles inside. Jenson loves it! x

Wow!!!!! I bow to the box master! Did you even make stairs, or were they able to run up the pipe?

I saw that I wanted to buy a new one because Mai Tai has just about wrecked hers but not at that price!!! I did find them one of the pet shop sites for £5.99 but I can't remember which site

Re: Fabulous freebie toys

Our two love nothing more than a folded up crisp packet, my OH can fold them into small triangles and they chase them up and down the living room! They also love shoe laces and have endless fun riggling around the floor with them. Who needs expensive toys, our two have turned their nose up at any we have bought them!!

Re: Fabulous freebie toys

i love freebie cat toys! obviously so do the cats! their fave is 'worms' (bits of ribbon or string)

neeps' current fave (annoyingly) are the decorations i've hung between the vertical bannister slats, they're shiny and she loves whacking them to make them move. the other current fave is nomming a branch on the fake crimbo tree! arg!!!

spring and summer toys are ants and other insects.

i will have to try the box thing tho! that sounds ace, and if the cats don't like it the rats will
