Once upon a time there was a nice hammock on the top of the cat tree, everyone liked it even though some fit badly



& some never got a chance to try



but something or someone has broken it

my guessing is a certain silver furry lump saw an opportunity to sleep in the hammock while no one was watching, got up there and tried to contort himself to fit, finally got comfy and BANG, CRASH, WOLLOP it collapses under the weight. The silver furry lump then retreats to find some red fur so that he can plant it next to collapse hammock so that mummy would never blame said silver furry lump.
