Re: Cat being offered on Facebook in Essex I am really worried
Oh gosh I hope he has gone to a good home....I think I would have zoomed round there to collect him myself if I had seen that posted, and then taken him to a proper Rescue such as Rushden ( or not

Re: Cat being offered on Facebook in Essex I am really worried
I do not want to sound harsh but i find these people never seem to listen. I come across countless selling pages were people advertise their cat.
I could not help but say something yesterday when someone posted "my cat for sale, no time for it and can't be bothered with it anymore". It got me VERY annoyed. I posted (politely somehow!) about how she should not advertise online but take him into a cat shelter at least so they could do a home check. I also told her all the usual like how she must have known the cat would need attention, feeding, play time etc before she bought him home. The reply? A lot of swear words, accusing of bullying her and so on. Good luck and i hope your person is more reasonable, but that is just from my experience.
