I use Milbemax for worming & Advocate for the fleas. (I know Advocate also does worms but the tablet is for the ones Advocate can't do).

I usually administer a week apart but that is just my own preference - I don't like to give too many chemicals in one hit.

Also, I don't normally worm or de-flea through the winter because the colder weather usually keeps the fleas at bay. However, with the mild winter we've had so far, I may need to re-evaluate that one.
