I do try and stop her the neighbours are probably sick of me shouting and trying to chase her back in.

Glad I'm not the only one that has a bully cat but yours are slightly worse as there's more than one

Sorry Sue bet this doesn't make you feel any better.
Not so much bullying, but #1 cat Bola loves to play rough and thinks the others should join in on demand. As long as he makes the first move all is well (from his point of view anyway) but if the others start, he's the first to complain. The little grey and white cat (so far unclaimed and still a mystery) who's found his way here is only 2/3 the size of Bola but gets the better of him every time. I don't know why Bola bothers as he needs me to come to his rescue every time

We have a high-voltage electric fence around our property (we have to in this country, for security and insurance purposes) and I do not believe it is cruel in the least. Cats sense the voltage and will not venture near the fence or even try to climb the wall where there is electric fencing, so it acts as an effective catproofing deterrent (bonus for me and my cats). I think a low voltage fence may be a problem because some cats may try to rush through it, thereby getting a shock.
