I ordered from Zooplus on Tuesday for the first time. It showed the delivery would be by Parcelforce, yet the shipping details received yesterday show it's been sent with YOD my guess is it's with YODEL. If that's the case, it won't matter who you choose when you order they'll send it with whoever is cheapest in your area or whoever they feel like. Let you know who it turns up with.

Just received email from Zooplus telling me my order has been passed to YOD not even a tracking number or website link to go to So now I'll just have to wait for it to arrive!!!!!

Zooplus order arrived today with YODEL, only problems was I never got sent a Tracking Number. Now the fun begins building a Cat Tree with furry paws helping.

Zooplus order just arrived ordered 5/1/12 despatched 6/1/12 and arrived 11.30 this morning very good service and the delivery guy was very polite too. Parcelforce takes a lot longer. Yodel gets a from me

Both are as bad as each other. Yodel delivered a phone to me and didn't leave a calling card and put the status of my address to 'not known at the address' ready to send the phone back before I called the depot mightily annoyed.

When I last used Zooplus with parcel force they delivered two items separately and just abandoned them down the side of my house but apparently I signed for them on their system when they were delivered. Suffice to say I was not happy with either!

I had this yesterday, Zooplus emailed to say it had been passed to YOD, no tracking number???? How am I supposed to know where my parcel is?

I noticed the Yodel option for delivery when I placed my order earlier this week. It was free whereas the Parcel Force option cost 50p, I selected Parcel Force as I have a depo close by so knew that if I missed it for any reason that I could just go and collect it with no problems. I've never had a problem with either but tend to go with Parcel Force due to the nearby depo and the fact that I have had no problems with their service so far. Will maybe try the Yodel one on my next order to see...

I have chosen the Yodel option on the last 2 times I have ordered and fingers crossed, touch wood and all that, they have been quicker and in better condition than the deliveries I received from Parcel Force, I have most probably jinxed myself now

I used Yodel on my last ZooPlus delivery, ordered on a Wednesday afternoon received it on the Friday afternoon

I have ordered twice during the last couple of days and have had no tracking number to trace parcels with yodel delivery. It's the first time I have used zooplus and tbh the lack of been unable to trace your parcel is off putting and I don't think I will use zooplus again.
