I was the same!

rep is your prerogative to give to post you either think are informative, good content or don't agree with. They affect the green blobs at the RHS of your posts (saying "xxxx has a long way to go", "xxxx is a diamond in the rough").

rep is completely open in that you can see who gave it to you but disagreements shouldn't be discussed on the open forum (as it's against forum rules).

I try to rep every day now as I find that you get loads of likes but very few people rep?
