Yay for Willow!! I'm wondering why the family that took her in 6 months ago didn't get her scanned for a chip

Anyway, so pleased that she finally made her way back to her owners

To us here on PF, checking for a chip would be a natural course of action. Many non-pet owners would never think of this.
