I've been on Zooplus again today and ordered a new tree.
It's got good reviews about being sturdy etc and will be stood next my leather recliner and a smaller tree. Fairy Tales Forest Collection - Great cat trees at zooplus: Cat Tree Rapunzel

Re: I've ordered a new tree for Milly and Tilly
That's the one I was looking at for my two! Are any of the scratching posts tall enough for them to stretch? We've only had our kitties for about a month and they've already outgrown their post - they still use it but I can tell they'd like a good stretch!

Re: I've ordered a new tree for Milly and Tilly
Yes, they can get a good stretch as the bottom platforms stick out further than the upper ones, if you know what I mean, so they can stand on a lower deck and stretch right up to the next but one platform. I have two very energetic Burmese, they never use the steps, but prefer to shin up the poles to the top using their claws.
Photos of the one I bought can be seen here Amazon.com: Cat Tree, Beige: Pet Supplies Cat Activity Centre/ Cat Scratcher / Cat Tree Armarkat 7401b - Premier Cat Scratchers Online Pet Supplies The blue one at Zooplus has been reduced now to a really excellent price, when I bought mine it was only about £20 more to get the cream one, now it's double the price. If that had been the case when I bought mine, I think I would have gone for the blue and repainted the sitting room instead! |
