Oscar & Jazzie at the vets tomorrow

Hi all

I have just booked in Oscar and Jazz to be neutered/spayed tomorrow. Even though I know they will be fine and it's best for them, I feel awful!

Jazz is such a little livewire and I worry that she is going to be upset that she will have to be contained a bit more for the next few days.

On the plus side, it will mean they can both be integrated with the other cats whilst we look for their new homes.

Lucy will be going in next week - I don't think I could cope with 3 convalescing coonies at once!

Quick question, how long til Oscar can be around the entire girls??? And how long til his litter tray stops smelling like a tomcat?!!!

Lou

Re: Oscar & Jazzie at the vets tomorrow

aww bless ya lou im sure things will be just fine tomorrow their like our kids we worry all the time if not more so with the animals as they cant tell us things I would not let the boy near the girls for a few weeks as his sperm count will still be there and he can still pregnate one of the girls so be careful his wee should start to get weeker also in a couple of weeks, but i would check everything out with your vets to make sure, as not all vets tell you the boys are still fertile for a while good luck tomorrow
