So am up this morning at 3.30am as am going on hols and I had told OH that if he thinks he's going to be out all day and most of the evening that he must call the pet sitter to come and check on/feed our two five month old kittens. The response was of course "yes of course honey, don't worry".

Conversation this morning:

Me: what time are you leaving today?
OH: 10am
Me: what time are you back?
OH: about midnight
Me: have you booked cat sitter?
OH: No, sorry, slipped my mind

Argh! One of these days he'll listen!

He's promised to come home for an hour today and have demanded daily kitty updates while am away and
