Re: Gypsy update WITH PICCYS

Glad Gypsy and the babies are doing well.. love the pic of her hugging fernando!!

And well done for telling those shallow people to stick it! What is some peoples problems with black cats!! I love them... my first cat Sam( who's at home with my mum and dad due to liking the outdoors) is black and white and we specifically went looking for a black/ black and white cat! I love them.... if only we had room for another at the moment!!

Re: Gypsy update WITH PICCYS

Congratulations, they are all beautiful babies!
I agree, black cats are just as beautiful. My 2 year moggy is all black and yes I may be biased but I think she is one of the prettiest cats I have seen. The fact that she is all black means her fur is so shiny and silky that glitters in the light, something you don't often gets with tabbies..

Good for you in telling these people they can't have them, people like that don't deserve our beautiful black cats!

Re: Gypsy update WITH PICCYS

Pleased to hear Gypsy and babies are all doing well they are adorable Gypsy looks a very proud mum

It's sad to hear that your family/friends feel this way about black cats. I don't know why they get overlooked in rescues too they deserve to be loved, cared for and have forever homes just like all the others.

I feel there is something special about black cats

My very first cat as a child was black, I named him Twinkle and loved him to bits and my Tim (rip) was black and white My Frankie is black when I visited the RSPCA cattery I was told that he'd been with them a lot longer than the others and knew I just had to take him home with me he's my special black beauty

Re: Gypsy update WITH PICCYS

Black or black & white cats are so much more cute than any other colouring. When I was choosing whom to adopt from the RSPCA, I was only ever looking for a black or b/w one.
