Have you thought about or have a little cat house placed outside so he can shelter from the elements.

Something like this with a flap to stop the wind getting to him. Just a thought

As soon as i see him again (and i pray to god i do) he will be taken immediately to the vet or kept confined until the morning when i can take him. He is my baby puddy. I have had him 9 years and he should be with me longer!

I live on a farm, he has hay bales (and a cat bed he doesnt use) and an old horse rug i put on top of the bales for the kitty

Im 100% sure its not an abcess, as i said ive dealt with them a lot and i know it isn't one. Its like a large swelling/bruising. I feel so bad i didn't keep him locked up somewheres. Ive emailed my ve twho think she might need antiinfalms and as soon as i see him again he will be taken over. He only meows when being taken to the vets, hes never ever been agro or flighty, just meowwwwwwwwwwwwww lol
