Snow Day

After what has been the warmest November in Trondheim since 1799 or the like, it appears winter has finally hit - and in the past few days we've had a good 30-40cm of snow in the past few days (it has been a very late start to winter - the 4 years I've been here we've normally had snow by mid-late October).

Our two are strictly indoor cats, but in an effort to enrich their enviroment, and well mainly just because I was curious about how they would react - I got hubby to fill their old litter tray (was only used for about 3 weeks til we got the covered one) with snow & bring it in for them to play with.

Here are the results:

Oslo & Odin's Snow Day (YouTube)

I can't wait to get them into harnesses and take them outside to experience the real thing (ofc that also means I have to be outside in the cold but if the kitties enjoy it, then it will be worth it).
Dally Banjo and Etienne like this.
