Re: Which Pet Insurance?

I had massive claims totaling £11000 - which I eneded up footing the bill myself. I am now with AXA for one dog - for the pupster I am with argos - BUT -always make sure you take out life cover NOT an annual policy

Re: Which Pet Insurance?

Im with Petplan, I spent a long time researching them and they had the best feedback, slightly more expensive but worth it I think. I've had excellant customer service from them so far.

Re: Which Pet Insurance?

I am with Petplan and although I have had some problems with them I will be staying with them.

There has been a lot of confusion over a recent claim but I think that is because it involved two different policy numbers (rescue cover note and our annual policy) and the fact that you speak to a different person every time but we are getting there and they have paid out half of the claim (£3000) already and I have only had my policy with them 2 months and started claiming within 5 days!!! (there is no 14 day buffer on the rescue policy so luckily I was covered from day 1).

I think they are a great insurance company for getting your money back but I have had to chase them a lot but thats not a problem the main thing is I get the claim paid lol.
