Re: Kittens have arrived

I'm with MCW. I don't know how you do it. I remember when we took Jezebel in. She was a stray who just showed up and our vet checked her and said she could be pregnant so just wait and see. When she didn't come into call and gave all indications of being pregnant (got rounder, pink nipples, what appeared to be movement in her belly), I was a nervous wreck all day long every day, waking up to check her several times during the night just in case! And then what had to be her last possible due date came and went and still nothing. I was so distressed that I took her back to the vet! (and was told by his partner what an idiot I was for thinking she was pregnant). So if she had gone into labor, I know I would have been in hysterics if she stopped in the middle or had complications.

Anyway, I digress. I can't wait to see some pictures of them. Siamese babies are always so so cute!

Re: Kittens have arrived

I never liked Siamese or Orientals before I joined here - sorry I thought they just weren't cute - I thought they were 'hard' looking.

I have changed my mind since

I do have to say they are stunning cats - so thanks for the new perspective

Re: Kittens have arrived

Thankyou for all your lovely comments, Mia is so happy and content, we managed to take some pics this morning so I will put them up soon.

We also got an update of her first litter she had on the 4th of June,(GCCF allow 2 litters per year) they are stunners, I wish we had kept them but at least they went to the same home and will be together forever.

I guess we can't keep every kitten we breed otherwise we would be over run but I guess I will always love them and will always feel the same and wish they were all still with me.
