Mine haven't done anything really terrible, but to be perfectly honest, it's because I went a bit OCD on kitten proofing the house before they were allowed to go mad. They regularly run wlal of death over my new sofas though, scratch the carpet in front of the scratching post, come and wake me up at 3 in the morning by head rubbing and purring so that they know they won't get shouted at and all because they can actually see a tiny portion of the bottom of their wet food bowl and are paranoid that famine situation might be just around the corner and feel an insane urge to stock up on food while it's there! Millie has just started to test her luck with jumping onto the kitchen sides, and seems totally unphased when she's told off (I can see a long battle coming there). Both climb onto shelves where they aren't supposed to be, and I've given up knitting as, once they're finished playing with the wool, it's pretty much all shredded. But naughty? Nah, my cats aren't naughty...

The only 'naughty' thing he does is wind Molly up But that's what big sisters are for!!

Re: When and what happened?

Naughty things my cats do:
  • Scratch on the carpet (even though they have various large posts).
  • Jump on the kitchen surface.
  • Use claws (not yet learnt you don't need to use them for everything).
  • Steal things out of my office bin.
  • Knock over glasses of milk.
  • Occasionally scratch on the curtains.
  • Scratch on the wall where there is a gap between it and my desk. One sits on the desk and teases the other.
  • Bullies me when I am eating.
  • Attempts to get under the bed where there is packing paper from Amazon.
  • Steals my water bottle from my work bag and chews the top off, thus making the bottle in-operable.

That's all I can think of right now.

He used to do it to Millie too, Jenny. At least Molly's good natured enough to take it! Millie used to beat him up somethign shocking, so I suppose that could be counted as naughty.

Re: When and what happened?

Holly isn't really that naughty. The worst thing she's ever done was bring in a dead vole. I assume it was half alive when she brought it in as is crawled into my mum's winter boot and died. This was in late autum. A few weeks later mum put her foot in the boot and found something squidgy in the bottom, so she turned the boot upside down and shook it. This dead vole fell out. It had obviously been there some time as it was so full of maggots it was pulsating....

Cats are disgusting.

I thought it was hilarious

Re: When and what happened?

My lot aren't actually too naughty although our Isak the NFC can be very mischievous, well actually on the verge of being naughty lol.

He is 3 years old and has screwed the door stops off with his teeth, ...we live in a 3 storey house whereby the grooming room is on the bottom floor and our lounge is on the middle,as soon as he hears the post man he runs down at 100mph and gets the post, if we are not quick enough he hides it in his room.
Only once has he brought it up into the lounge, I was so pleased when he did that but it was a fluke as he hasn't done it since.

He is banned from the bathroom as he turned the tap on and nearly caused a flood.

He will run off with anything not glued down lol.

After all that though, NFCs are addictive, I would have another one tomorrow
