FIV and Feline Leukemia

I am thinking of fostering a cat with FIV and Feline Leukemia and would appreciate any help in feeding him a diet that is appropriate for these diseases. It would be my first time in doing this. I have fostered a few other cats, and I volunteer at the 'Toronto Humane Society' as well.
