Hello I am new to petting and don't know much but I would love to keep her, I picked up a cat from my parking lot of my apartment. It was all alone and it has just been a day. I don't know what exactly to feed her so I just give milk, and now it has started meowing all the time when I leave her and my mother is troubled of that. when I go to her, she is only trying to climb on me and I get tickled a lot and it even scratched me on my chest with her nail

her weight is 450 grams, I want to take her to a doctor but my mother says I should leave her back where she was so her mother may take her back. I am not sure if her mother is there because the kitten I took was all alone. normally she likes drinking milk when I take it but now she is just looking at it and coming to me.

Another problem that I have is she is peeing and shitting in the shoe box which she slept last night, there is a piece of cloth in it and now its all wet, so I changed the cloth and now she won't go in either, she has got lot more active than before and running towards me all the time.
Last thing is that I leave in the mid region of India, but it is still quiet cold here and I am only allowed to keep her in the balcony, so is it okay for her to stay outside?

This is a very tiny and probably very young kitten that you have found and your own mother may well be right in believing that the kitten's mother will be looking for it even if you did not see her. I would suggest that you go back to the car parking area and see if you can find the mother.
You cannot feed the kitten just on milk and of course she will toilet in her bed as she is too young to have been taught differently. She needs her own mother or someone who knows how to look after her properly.
Do you have a cat rescue organisation where you live that could take her in and find a foster mother? That would be the best thing that you could do for her if you cannot find her own mother.
