Ironing with cats about!

.........Can you? Do you??? ........I've just had this experience.....jumping on the ironing board (presumably because it's warm),tugging the string from the ironing board, pawing the cord from the iron because it's moving....................need I go on?! I've only ironed a few things and feel like I need a lie down!

Re: Ironing with cats about!

No problems here, tho' I suspect that's because putting up the ironing board sounds like my window cleaners ladders, and my lot hate them with a passion.

Well,I didn't know before posting this thread but it's obviously that thing cats do for you when they lie on your clean clothes.

Re: Ironing with cats about!

The ironing itself isn't a problem - getting clothes out of the basket without disturbing cats and kittens who think it's a nice new bed and having a cat sit on the most freshly ironed item (the warmest obviously ) - they're problems
