The collar would be right over the wound and it may restrict the wound from draining the excess puss ! It seems to be slowing down a bit now and she's just gone to have another go at her salmon so seems to be a good sign as she has hardly eaten o er the last few days!

Well tonight she has been charging around the house throwing around her toy mouse........she's certainly on the mend. Wasn't too keen on taking her tablet antibiotics tonight though but we managed to get them in by hiding them in some chicken!

Poor puss, no wonder she was feeling poorly. Abcesses are awful but ifs horiffic when you see whats in them, you do think no wonder ill.

Fingers crossed shes on the recovery road for you now x
