leo is settled in very well!!
at the moment he is asleep on my knee, purring (he sounds like a lawnmower)
and he is exploring the house well!

i have one problem though,
he dosent drink water!
he drinks kitten milk formula and thats all! and i only give this to him for lunch.
does anybody know how to get him to drink it?

ANYWAY
back to me being happy
i found him a toilet roll, he loves it!

Re: yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

Many cats don't drink water which is why a wet diet is best as they get the moisture they need from that. I sometimes add a little warm water to their food too to get some extra into them.

Cats aren't natural drinkers.

Re: yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

hi Ingrid I am pleased to know leo settled
cats need enough water to maintain optimum kidney health. cats that eat only raw prepared diets or canned food get some moisture from their diets, but as suggested putting some water in his food would be a good idea Many cats prefer running water for drinking. . The development of automatic pet fountains has made this easier so you can look at pet fountain's
cats are also prone to drink from other sources outside EG puddles, pipes

In summer months it is particularly important that cats drink enough water.
either use 1)an automated water dispenser to keep water fresh and clean.or
2)Put a few ice cubes or chips of ice in kitty's bowl
you take care and give leo a hug from me tiggs1 x
