I've seen recently someone advertising "mobile microchipping" service and also a breeder who says kittens are "microchipped by myself"

What kind of experience do these people need?

Is this normal or a little dodgy?

There is no legislation on who can implant chips

I'm quite surprised by this I would of thought it would have to be a vet or a nurse to do chipping!
