One of next doors cats, Dexter, calls here regularly and has the best *play-face* I've ever seen, as you say with huge dilated eyes and ready-to-pounce crouch and ears pinned right back. It helps that he's got a BSH type face and is jet black so his eyes really stand out.

It could be the fattest of prey he's about to leap on and not just the end of a piece of string. I love the way he pounces, catches the string then lets go and runs off only to return for another go seconds later. I get tired of playing long before he does.

Mine have a few toys and each has a different favorite. We keep the toys in a large carboard box with holes cut in the sides and they get more pleasure going in and out the holes....

I have just ordered them a lazer pointer and a Bergan track thing and a nodding dangler thing......A waste of money..?...soon will know

Currently their favs are FatCat fluffy bunny in pink (Freckle) and Trixie Nub Balls (Bloo). Previously it was PetStages catnip mice (Bloo) and the smaller Skinneez (Freckle)
