Thumbs up Okoplus woohooooooooo...

OMG I am in love with the Okoplus cat litter!!!! How sad am I to be getting so excited about litter!!!???

Thankfully Chewitts has started to use it now (I changed all litter trays straight over cold turkey) she was holding it in but has used it for both today so yay!!!! Bugs has no qualms about using it as I knew he wouldnt as he uses any litter the fosters have lol!!

I deffo recommend this to anyone.... so far the tracking hasnt been any worse than the clay cat litter I used to use and the main tracking is as I had the tops off the litter trays to encourage Chew to use it but have got the lids back on now

Thank you everyone who suggested it I wouldnt have tried it without you's lot raving on about it xxxxxxx

Re: Okoplus woohooooooooo...

I got some from my local petshop to try yesterday OMG I agree it is fandabbydozzy

i am really facinated with the little wee ball things and just flushing down the loo is better than the invention of sliced bread no more poop bags for me i'm converted!!!.

On another note I brought a hooded tray as well, they are not impressed but they'll get used to it. They have the choice of 4 so I'm not to worried

You ain't sad hun...................

Well, ok, yes you are but we all know where you're coming from.

I changed from a clay litter to OKO and it is amazing how different it is. I too enjoyed the thrill of cleaning out the tray in a whole new manner.

My long-haired babies tracked it something chronic but short-hairs should be ok with it.

So glad you can see what all the fuss was about!!!

I still have poo bags at the moment as I have the fosters and so have to change their litter everyday and take poo out about 4-5 times a day arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Re: Okoplus woohooooooooo...

I use a litter locker for the pee as my drains block quite easily and some of the clumps can be quite big. Still flush poos though

Re: Okoplus woohooooooooo...

Got some at P@H yesterday while waiting for my order to arrive (£9 for 10L compared to £19 for 30L on PetSupermarket )

Filled the trays this morning, and am about to go sifting for wee balls

The mess is less than with the paper pellets I was using too

kaz do you allow the clumps to soak as they on the packet, then flush so the loo doesn't get blocked

Allow them to soak? I just end up with a pile of litter at the bottom of my toilet that won't flush away
