Okay, I'll look for enzymes. Fingers crossed that will show up. If not, maybe a tree-hugging store will have some natural product clearly labelled as such.

Aha, we do have Simple Solution over here and I do happen to have some Urine Off under the sink. I just thought if there was something really harsh that would do it quicker and better, now would be the time .

Hmmm, I'm not doubting you at all. In fact, I would tend to believe you more than folks in other places, but this is odd. On the corgi forum I've joined, the medical doctor who started the forum recommends using peroxide all the time for dog pee. I can't imagine the chemical structure of dog is much different from cat, although cat smells a little more like ammonia. He also completely pooh-poohs the use of vinegar. While housebreaking the pups, I started with vinegar, then switched to peroxide since it also kills bacteria. Funny, it never discouraged anyone from peeing in the same spot. Me thinks this doctor is delusional!
