Talking Kitten getting fluffier!
Just wondered how common it is for a kitten to get MORE fluffy as he grows, rather than less so? My kitten is a shorthair but has a longhair gene from his dad, and out of his litter of 3, he was the 'medium-fluffy' one. I wouldn't yet describe him as a semi-longhair, but his coat is certainly fluffing up!! Just wondering how long it might get?

it all depends really on genes the breed, i have a ragdoll that has really thick fur but hasn't developed her semi-long coat yet but this can take up to 8 months have you got a pic

I've not got any from this week, but will put some up soon! I guess it could be his undercoat coming through, especially as he would probably get his winter coat around now. Feels sooo soft!

Pictures please! Short haired cats with Long or semilong genes can develop a plush coat which gives them a lovely bushy, fuzzy look

i agree all this teasing its easy use the phone camera lol take pic hook it up and add pictures/attachments
