Rowan was sick in the night (nice pressie for OH when he got in at 5am!), and was sick again just before I left for work - it just looked like cat food.

I am hoping he has been OK today, not heard from OH so am assuming he is alright.
Are you feeding Rowan a lot in one go? Mine went through a stage of that but it's because they trough their food the greedy boys. I started feeding them a smaller brekkie and setting a timed feeder at lunch time instead of giving them one bigger portion and that seems to have completely solved the problem. Just wondering if it looks like regurgitated food if that could be the problem.
