Good on ZOOPLUS

My order came yesterday 12 cans of armonda? and 6 cartons of Bozita. Box was ripped open and 5 of the tins were dented and the lids depressed when you pushed them 2 or the bozita cartons were squashed open at the bottom.

Emailed them at about 9am this morning and at 10.47am I recieved a reply saying the had given me £7.50 back.

Good customer service ther I think! they did say they are looking into the packing and shipping so fingers crossed they sort it soon

Not before time. Refunding people who receive totally destroyed bags of litter and tins of food must be doing them out of business. It's got to the point that when we receive a box we get extra bags ready to catch whatever spills out before we open it.

I wonder how much money they've lost in refunds just to members of this forum! And how much custom (like mine, I get food from M&M now)??

We've never had any trouble with them. But then, we only buy beds and stuff from them, pretty indestructible really.

Re: Good on ZOOPLUS

My first order was great, well packaged but it was 24 can of Smila and they are pre packed in 6's.
This is my 2nd order so 50/50 chance by my experience

might end up giving them a go as wanted to try the Smila.... the nearest petshop sells Orijen and that was the dry I wanted to try so no massive rush. I see that you live in Nottingham as well- do you remember which courier they used for you? (and totally unrelated to this but do you mind if I ask if you know which out of hours service your vets use, as all the ones I have looked at use Vets Now which I am led to believe are really expensive)

It was Royal Mail that brought both of mine. I dont think the issue is with them the packaging was poor tins rattleing around

I have recently changed vets long story, I changed when I got the 2 new kittens I am at Churchcroft Chilwell high Road, they have been really good only been for jabs and Spaying though.

They do their own 24/7 one of the reasons I went with them and have on site hospital as well

I get Orejan from my local petstore as well
