They are good at refunding immediately, well that's our experience anyway. Hope they do look into the packaging better, have known food items/litter to as like others here, be damaged, though not all the time.

Your call I guess especially if this is your first time and the price is right.. Do Pet planet do the foods you are looking for or anywhere else, if you're not sure about ZP?

I have heard fab things about Butterly vets in Bingham, /im not sure if they use Vets Now though.

Is that Buttercross vets? if it is they use Vets Now as well, but at least they are honest and upfront on theor website Emergencies - Vet, Vets in Long Acre, Bingham - Buttercross Veterinary Centre - Long Acre, Bingham, Nottinghamshire, NG13 8AF - Vets, clinics, clinic, emergency they are the ones I saw the price for vets now consultations

I've not had any issues with ZooPlus deliveries, yet, I'm due a delivery next week, so we'll see.

you know it`s funny, i actually do the same when i`ve ordered cat litter as i`ve never had a delivery of it that hasn`t been ripped open. often receive dented tins/boxes too but once received a rabbit cage bashed beyond use and they had the cheek to ask me to post it back at my own cost that`s the only issue i`ve ever had with them as otherwise they refund without hesitation so i`ll continue to use them but not for larger items. hopefully they do sort it out soon
