Re: mr tibbs

Give the cat a least a week before you make any decisions regarding PTS ... have a look at my posts about Scarfy ... it took her nearly 10 days to eventually go to toilet and poo ... I was so close to pts, but I just kept waiting ... the turning point was removing her tail and taking the weight off the spine, it just freed up her nerves enough for everything to work ...

good luck and hope there's some good news soon ...

Re: mr tibbs

If you want to give Mr Tibbs more time then that is great but remember that his quality of life is so important too. Good luck on your decision.

Re: mr tibbs

Im so sorry to hear of your sad news but dont give up! Not the same nerve damage but when Oscar was run over they said he had nerve damage to his paw and may have to amputate! His feeling came back and the worst now is he limps, more so when tired! I also agree re quality of life though and truly hope everything works out for you both! Sending huge hugs xxx
