How long did your deliveries take? Our first took a week but we had no tracking details, our recent one I've just tracked and it say's.

Really hope it come's today as my furbabies are getting bored of Nature's Menu now

You should get it today, normally once it says loaded to van it will be that day unless its a Saturday when you won't get it til Monday.

Which one have you ordered? Arnold used to love the reindeer and then just stopped eating it, Leo and Lottie havent tried it yet though, they eat anything though so hopefully they can persuade Arnold too, still got about 20 cartons of that and the turkey one.

You will definitely get it today Mine usually says loaded to van for delivery at about 6am and I always get it that day. Mine usually only take a few days (I usually get it 2 days after I receive dispatch email) but it depends when you order. This month I ordered on wednesday morning and got emails to say both packages had been dispatched on wednesday night/thursday morning but didn't get it until monday because of the weekend.

My two have already demolished a bozita tetrapack this morning! It's their fav

It's official - either Zooplus or Parcel Force (or both) are a bit rubbish.

I had a total fiasco last month when Zooplus didn't put my postcode on my parcel and Parcel Force delivered it to a random address with the same street name as mine (I posted about this, some of you may remember).

Well I've given them another go and guess what? Tracking info says a delivery was attempted this morning at 9.02 am - well I was here (posting on ths forum!) and no card has been left so I don't believe they were ever here

It's taken me 45 minutes on the phone to get through to actually speak to someone at my local office (no exaggeration) and they have to ring the driver and ring me back (this took all day last time).

I'm so fed up, think this is my last Zooplus order
