I thought I would clarify this, incase anyone reads this later. I did place another order with Floyds and emailed to ask that they were more careful with the address this time. It turns out that the package was re-labelled here in the UK and it was the delivery company that mis-addressed the package. We discovered the correct label placed by Floyds underneath. Daniela was extremely helpful and is making sure that the same mistake does not happen again. Big thumbs up to Floyds
