Aww.....sad kitten story
Just read this in Your Cat magazine......have to say, if that was my cat i'd of found a way to get her home
 A Bradford woman arrived in Amsterdam for a holiday only to find she had accidently packed her kitten. Having survived the 21-hour journey, three month old Beauty then had to be handed over to a cat sanctuary there as her owner could not afford to fly her back to the UK. How very sad

this was in the papers a few weeks back.
Is the cat home or still in amsterdam??  as the poor thing was not aloud home at the time

Ahhh, bless it.
I heard about that story too. There was a big thing about people checking their luggage thoroughly before zipping it up. I had'nt realised she could'nt get the kitty home though, so sad

Presumably it's not just a matter of the air fare though, but of six months quarantine once she gets back, since as a stowaway she wouldn't have been rabies vaccinated and all the rest of it. For a kitten to spend six months in quarantine - well, I can certainly see a very good argument for rehoming the kitten in Holland if a suitable rescue organisation is available.
