Is there anything that you can use which will help to prevent a cat peeing somewhere? Like you can get things that stop dogs chewing?

Spencer is still peeing on the floor (which I know is probably because he is still fertile) and he was doing it in the very corner under the cupboard where the dishwasher pipes are. I've cordoned that bit off with a piece of cardboard box so he can't get to it and has now gone back to going under the other cupboard so just wondered if there is anything I can use on that area that will prevent him going there or whether it's just a ride it out thing?
