I am a great believer that the food we eat can make a difference in allergies. My sister was allergic to cats and pollen, she then started to eat a more healthy and organic diet and she now shows no reaction. Of course her allergy was never severe but I find it remarkable how she shows no sign of allergies any more. And it is not because she has become resistance to one kind of cat, because she has had no reaction to my new cat Rosie.
