What a night!!

I felt bad leaving Skye in the living room on her own so I took her through to my room. She was sleeping on my bed until I finished reading and got up for the loo, came back and she was at the door being nosey. Put her back on my bed and as soon as I turned the light off she was all over me - purring, kneading, lying on me! I finally managed to get to sleep but kept waking up because she was on top of me trying to eat my hair I pushed her off but she just got straight back on me.

I finally gave up at 3.30am and put her back in to the living room

Re: What a night!!

And THAT is why my bunch sleep downstairs, we sleep upstairs and there is a door in the middle!!!!!!

I would love to sleep with the cats beside me but I am such a light sleeper that the slightest noise or movement wakens me up.

Re: What a night!!

She just sort of clung to me as soon as I turned the light off. She managed to catch my lip with her claw when she was kneading too! She went away off the bed when I pushed her away but she interrupted the dog cos he got up off his bed so I took her back through.

Thanks goodness Spencer is back tonight

Re: What a night!!

I had ted rubbing himself against my face this morning and lily under the duvet. I gave up ages ago to lock them away at night the noise they made was terrible!

Re: What a night!!

You have allowed your cat into your bed at nighttime.

Your life is effectively over!

Oh please. You really are new to cat owning aren't you, dearie. Your house no longer belongs to you. You no longer call the shots. The sooner you learn this the sooner your cats will show you some mercy.

It's ok, my room is at the opposite end of the house to the living room so even if they cry I won't hear them

They have each other Imagine what I'd be like if I just had one
