You could keep a check on her nipples, if she is then between 14-21 days into pregnancy they noticeably change and 'pink up'. At her age I would expect them to remain as little flat things if she's not. But that's about the only early sign apart from maybe an increased appetite, which would be hard to notice on a growing kitten that's scoffing everything in sight anyway.

I read about the nipple thing on google. Will take a look at them tonight and see what they look like so I will be able to notice any change. Yeah, she's a little gannet at the best of times!! Not eating any more than normal though.
Bit miffed at the vet as he didn't seem in any hurry to get them done but if it's standard for them to be vaccinated first then that is understandable. Bit annoyed he wanted me to wait until Skye had her vaccs and get them done at same time when Spencer could be done earlier though. Not to worry, nothing I can do about it now! Except pray she isn't pregnant!!
