Re: HELP asap!!

Is this a cat? Why can't she have the run of the house? Apart from where your hamsters are of course.

Re: HELP asap!!

What age is she hun and how long has she been in residence? Also, how secure is the rest of the house that you can guarantee she won't get out?

Re: HELP asap!!

Am sorry!!!

OK I have been here 18 months and is a family home...not student place....not shared...except with my son.

She is about 7-9 weeks and been here just over a week. She is let out whenever I am in...but just wondering if I can let her out when I am not in too.

Thanks!

Re: HELP asap!!

Well, the risk you are running with her being so young, is that she may not yet be completely sure about where the litter tray is. I'd suggest confining her to one room while you are out for a little longer.

Re: HELP asap!!

At that age, I would be inclined to keep her movements resticted when you are out of the house so I'd suggest keeping her in your room for now.

They are so little at that age and the back of the fridge, washing machine etc is very easy to get to.

It's ok when you are at home to keep an eye out but for you own peace of mind, for now, keep her in one room. She'll just sleep anyway.
