What's the difference between..
TICA and GCCF? Salem is registered with GCCF however Savannah is with TICA, what are the main differences?

From what I have read is that TICA is easier to get registered with, they don't require certain things that the GCCF do I think.
There may be other differences, but I have heard of that before.

 Savannah's mum is German so I think that is the main reason she is registered with TICA, can I register her with GCCF aswell? and is it worth registering with both?

I honestly have no idea lol. I guess if you were wanting to show them and the show was GCCF then you'd need to but I doubt theres much difference.
They are from the same breeder yes? Maybe you cannot register with GCCF due to her parentage for some reason.

It may be that you have to come from two GCCF registered parents in order to be GCCF registered, in which case if the breeder couldnt I imagine you can't either.
I wonder if anyone but the breeder can register :S I doubt it, cos they anyone could register any cat I imagine?

This is what I found: Prior to accepting a queen for mating, the owner of the stud shall establish that the queen is not registered on the Non-Active register. Note: Queens which are not registered with GCCF may be accepted for mating. A queen whose registration with another bona fide organisation is endorsed "not for breeding" should not be accepted.
So if TICA is classed as 'bona fide' I dont see why she would be with TICA... Ask the breeder, I guess!
