Re: Choices

I wouldn't part with either, but then hubby adores Scamp and would do anything for him, so they are both equal in my eyes

Re: Choices

I donīt know why people keep asking us to decide, they are 2 very diff feelings. Anyone who put me in such a situation would be quickly shown the door, with neon signs.

Re: Choices

I definitely agree with merlin12. But I'm the type who would irritate the person asking the question by asking for scenarios. Are we saying, I have to choose between rescuing a conscious animal or a conscious hubby from a house fire? Or is one unconscious? Or is there some madman threatening to kill one of them and I have to pick which?

Seriously, though, I just can't see a situation where my cat would cause friction between my hubby and I. We are mature enough to talk through any issues that would arise with her behaviors, health, age, or whatever. Considering he jumped through as many hoops as I did to get her from Japan to here, I know she means a lot to him and I know he respects what she means to me.

And more frivolously, isn't it rather hard to rehome a hubby if he doesn't want to go? ;P
