but agree that the new points mean i will never afford anything good in the future. Will def be shopping at p@h more often as it is actually more convenient for me to just pop in there. Well - except for buying food in bulk where ZP has them beat on price/range

That is great news about the tree I am pleased that you will be able to get it. I think that Zooplus are normally pretty good at sorting out issues and problems. I'm sure there will be exceptions to the rule, but whenever I've had to contact them, they have always sorted out any problems and on one occasion gave me a 10% discount code to use on my next order.
