nimagraven will become famous soon enough
Do cats...

Have "feeling" in their pads on their paws? I.e. is there a lot of nerve endings there?

Me and OH were just wondering. They look like the type of thing that would have very minimal "feel" but then I'm no expert.

I did a quick Google but either I'm looking for the wrong thing or no one is as curious as I am .

I would think yes we can feel with our toe pads so why wouldn't they and when they get thorns in them slightly they do feel pain so definitely nerves there.

Re: Do cats...

Yes they do have nerve endings there but its not as sensitive as the palm of your hand, its more like the bottom of your foot. They pretty much ignore all the regular stuff found on the floor but, like you or me, they soon know about it if there is something sharp underneath them.
