The song is befitting, more the words because it voices animals have emotions and though they cannot speak as such, they clearly feel neglect, the words express real emotions all living things have the capacity to feel, 'anger', 'pain', 'betrayal', 'rejection' list could go on beyond 'sentiment', left me with a sober thought, every coin has 2 sides, on the one hand, we are an animal loving nation, on the other, we are an animal 'hating' nation, we all have a choice and I'm inspired Bella chose to 'live'- I'm glad she had the choice, given a second chance, when so many have it taken away from them because of the abuse of free will at its worst.

My babies are my furries. This does NOT make me a crazy cat lady. Honest

This is . Just goes to show what can be achieved with the correct care!

Libby is one tough little cat though with a clear will to survive in spite of all those illnesses.

It takes a lot to make me cry but this did it.

I haven't watched it yet - as still feeling a tad upset. On Friday we were involved in transferring a rehome Raggie from her original owner to the new owners. I could see the original owner was heartbroken and trying to hold it together as you could see how much she loved her cat and I was trying not to blub. On the other hand the joy of the new owners was/has been evident but I still feel a bit sad for the original owner.

I will watch this later in the week because things like this restores your faith.

Well done to those who took the lovely Libby in and cared so much for her and gave her love and another chance in life. She looks happy and content in her new loving, forever home

Such a lovely story-it made me cry
We lost Lulu ,our collie cross aged 14 in January
her "brother " Buster has dementia
AND
We have 3 cats - 2 are 14 and 1 is only 6
All are Rescues and Libbys story made me think of their stories too

A BIG thank you those who work in animal rescue -as I did for 10 yrs
Its SO emotionally draining BUT so rewarding ,when you see how the life of an animal can be changed
