Nutrecare and courier kerfuffle...

Well, I'd have never ordered from Nutrecare if I had known it would be like this...

Ordered some food and feliway from Nutrecare and the courier tried to deliver on mon and tues, fair enough I wasn't in. But I'm always happy to collect from the depo and before I could get through to the depo on thurs morning I'd received a missed call from Nutrecare concerned that my 4 days of the package being at the depo were up (technically 4 days would have been Friday) and the courier were looking to send it back. I informed Nutrecare i would be collecting it and then tried to call the depo, but their automated service was rubbish so I booked a collection using their on line system and received a print out confirming my collection booking.

Today I've come home from work to find quite a curt email from Nutrecare telling me that unless I contact the depo today they will be returning my package!
I'm making the hour round trip (for the collection i booked thursday morning) to attempt to collect it tomorrow. If it's not there I'll be seriously unimpressed.

Anyone else had issues ordering and collecting from Nutrecares couriers? I had a great order from them once before, but unless I'm housebound for a week I won't be ordering from them again.

Re: Nutrecare and courier kerfuffle...

They are one of very few suppliers I've ever had a problem with and I don't use them as a result. There's every chance my order was damaged in transit so maybe not their 'fault' but it was poorly packed.

Re: Nutrecare and courier kerfuffle...

After all the alarm they caused, DPD did have my package and I collected it

But the informal, curt tone of Nutrecares email and the fact that both they and DPD couldn't establish between them that I'd arranged collection, means I wont be using them again in a hurry!
