Re: OKO Litter on Zooplus

I tried non-clumping with Willow (OH didnt ask what type she was used to)
She had one accident (on his clean washing pile ) and I got some P@H kitten litter (clumping) - its much smaller bits, it doesn't smell and she hasn't had an accident since

Indeed - thankfully over here all the price tickets here also include a cost per kg/litre/m etc price on them - so it's easier to compare products and sizes, (one example the toiletpaper we buy is cheaper in a 6 pack than a 12 pack).

As far as litter is concerned - we've currently got the same brand they were using before we got them - it's the cheap generic brand from the local supermarket - surprisingly it doesn't smell and unless the kittens poos don't smell (highly unlikely since they are eating whiskers & go-cat) - it's does a brilliant job of absorbing odors - I actually had to dig through the litter to confirm they had pooped. It's non-clumping and has large granules which the kittens seem to like - though one of them wipes his front paws on the paper around the litter tray before getting out completely...it's so cute to watch.

Editted to Add: These kittens can obviously read - right after posting the above - one of them left an uncovered poo in the box had me running for the scoop to remove the deposit....liking this litter even more. As for tracking - because of the size of the bits there is only a small amount outside the box and that's nothing a dustpan and brush can't take care of.

Re: OKO Litter on Zooplus

I'm now buying Oko Plus in 5L bag in a local shop for €3 (the 10L costs €9.99) And it's way easier to store

Re: OKO Litter on Zooplus

I noticed it was cheaper to buy the tril bags too so I bought 3x trial bags on my last order. it takes about 7l to fill my litter tray..
