I hope you and your babies are all doing well. Could anyone please tell me how long does zooplus take to delivery cat food? I've ordered it's been three days I guest I am being impatient because I am existed to try Samson on this new food.

It can take a while, unfortunately. My last order was placed on Wednesday 31st August and didn't arrive until this week, on Wednesday again, so it took a full week.

Have you received the email which says your parcel has been packed and handed over to the courier Parcelforce? If so, you can click on the link in that email to get more information, but usually it won't tell you anything new until the day of delivery.

Did you get an email with a Parcel Force tracking number? I ordered on 6/9/11 and I think mine will arrive today or tomorrow. The only trouble is that for most of that time there will be nobody in. I'm not sure if they will get a neighbour to sign for it or return it to the depot.

My last order was placed on the 5th September and received on the 8th

I also placed my order on 5 September and received it on the 8th.

I placed one on the 6th and received it yesterday. But another order was placed on the 7th and not all of it can be tracked yet, so that will be sometime next week before it arrives

My orders usually take about a week to come, but it does vary a bit - probably due to the idiosyncracies of spanish couriers.

have just received the part of the order that I could track. Typical its all cat food which we really don't need but I had to order as Bozita was on offer. What I really wanted was the banana leaf bed which I got with all my points for Karlo and Kaisa's 1st birthday!

I find I usually receive my orders 2 days after receiving my email saying it has been dispatched

I placed my last order on Sunday 4th Sept and it was delivered at 7.30 am on Weds 7th Sept, so there are obviously huge variations. Not sure if new customers' orders take longer perhaps?
