Tufty Toes Al my boxes from Zooplus have looked like that too minus the cat obviously although wouldn't mind with the cat

^^^^^^^ I had a thought about this whilst driving home tonight - I'm wondering if it is your local Parcelforce depot that is the problem because ALL my boxes arrive like this.

I even had one REALLY helpful driver carry the BIG box that contained a ton of food and a cat tree to my car and put it into the boot for me (my deliveries come to my place of work).

Well, we do have a really short delivery driver same one each time - but I can't really blame him for maggots essentially caused by tins being bashed around when it only gets to the local depot the night before. It's a mystery!

I placed an order with Zooplus on Sunday afternoon. Got an email on Monday that the two boxes had been despatched (Yes, I did spend a fortune!). They were delivered today, at 7.30am just as I was leaving for work. Great

My boxes looked like yours, though a little bigger - ooops Along with other things, I had 24 tins of Grau, 12 tins of Applaws chicken variety, 12 tins of Applaws Fish variety, and 6 tins of Applaws kitten. The adult Applaws tins were in their own box within the main box, so were in perfect condition; the kitten Applaws tins were loose in the main box, but were OK; the Grau tins were all loose at the bottom of the box - 2 were slightly dented (after I said yesterday I'd never received a dented tin ).

So, another happy chappy here, and already have a list of things for my next order

She's gorgeous btw.... and all my boxes come like that... occasionally get things I didn't order... like the variety of extra bits that came with Alfies cat tree... but hey as long as nothings missing
